Do not shop here. They have terrible policies and don’t care about customer service. I’ve only been there a handful of times because it’s close to my job, but almost every time I’ve had a negative experience. If you buy a vape and it for whatever reason is defective, even if you haven’t left the store, they won’t take it back or trade you for a working one. Every vape store I’ve ever been to honors that, some won’t if you leave the store, but they still honor it. Just tonight I went in 10 minutes before they closed and all I had was cash and they wouldn’t accept it because they “already counted their drawer”. How about counting your drawer when you actually close like any other legitimate business? Never spending another dime there.

Terrible customer service, I witnessed the woman behind the counter hit a girl’s cart and then refuse to sell to her, speaking to her with a demeaning and belittling attitude and it ruined my experience visiting. The entire vibe of my trip was offset by the attitude of the girl running this place, because it turned what should’ve been a routine trip into a 15 minute wait and a disgusting lack of professionalism.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The girls working there are the definition of I get paid hourly.

I just came in there and some girl wouldn’t even take my ID immediately assumed it was fake without even looking at it, when i asked her to scan it to prove it was real she refused, my ID is very much real and im a routine customer

Bri and Emma are the best workers! They helped me pick out everything I needed and made me feel super comfortable in the store. Some cool and gorgeous girls !
