I have been a loyal customer of TJ’s for some time now. I use to go to whatever store I was closest to in St. Augustine to get what I wanted but from the first time I walked into TJ’s it felt different. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store by a cheerful and very helpful sales associate. They always have a great selection and always fully stocked. During the past 3 years of me buying my products exclusively from TJ’s, sales associate Megan has always been a professional and very knowledgeable saleswoman. She always has a huge smile on her face and very eager to help in any way she can. Even times when there have been multiple customers in the store she always makes sure that everyone has a great experience at TJ’s. She is one of the reasons that TJ’s is the only store I buy from! I highly recommend stopping in to meet Megan and allow her to help with any questions you may have.

Amazing shop. Clean, plentiful, and pleasant. Always good vibes and chill staff. If someone says they don’t do returns, they’re lying. They tell you no returns on USED products. If you need to return it and it has more than one use you have to go through the company of the product. That’s standard in all smoke shops. If it’s a return for vapes they recommend you test them in the store, if you do it outside the store there’s no way for them to tell if you swapped it for something else. If you take the risk that’s on you. Disappointing to see some adults attempting to trash a small business because of their ignorance. Give them a shot, great shop

Place is very clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful. Emily was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me find what I was looking for. I was in and out within a few minutes. Definitely recommend this place.
