Regrettably I am looking for a new smoke shop. Loyal customer but the first time I had a problem with the product I was told no. It was a Blink lighter that I bought two weeks ago today. I have the receipt. I have videos from the day after purchase, showing that it would not shut off when I let the button go. It was defective from day one. They wouldn't take it back. Hopefully this Blink lighter was a fluke but it's so easy to just set it down, not realizing it's still on, so be careful if you purchase one of these lighters lately. I'm sure nearly any store will take it back if it will not go out when the button is released. They wouldn't exchange it. They offered a 10% discount on ANOTHER $30 lighter only two weeks after I purchased it. Salem and the other staff however were fantastic as usual. She tried for me, she called her immediate boss and explained the situation.

Went and spoke to a girl named Cindy tonight. She recommended the Viho TRX and I am super impressed with it! The store was clean and the prices were reasonable. She was super friendly! I will definitely be returning! Thank you for the good customer service!

This review is long overdue - Every time I go to this shop, Josh, Alyssa, and Sydney (and everyone there) are more than willing to help and cut up with this 80s child. Not only do they have a great array of products, but they also bring in a wealth of information to them. If you're in for a good time, go here for all your smoke and vape "stuff". You can't go wrong. Trust me. Thank you always for making feel young again!!!

Absolutely the worst Smoke shop in St Augustine! They are overpriced and carry expired products. I was sold what I thought was a new vape and was charged full price for it, I always ask for my packaging after they open it to check the if the item is authentic, it was but I noticed it had expired over a year ago and that the taste was terrible. I tried to take it back in two minuets after I purchased it and they told me “once I leave the door there are no returns.” I have read all the 1 star reviews about this place ripping people off and I should have known better! Take caution when shopping with these St. Augustine pirates!
