I went into the smoke shop The guy sitting behind the counter never got up, I asked him did he have a particular product he said no I don't think it exists never looked up never laid down his phone second opportunity to make a sale I asked him about the air fresheners he said no I don't use them It didn't try and like engage with me and then now I'm standing outside and I'm seeing young pretty girls come in and out of there they seem happy maybe they're going in there to get what they want I've never been in the store so I was a little salty at the way I was treated. And I would definitely like the owner of the boost store to reach out to me. And if the owner is the one that's working today at 3:00 or 3:30 then shame on him if he's an employee he needs to be retaught marketing skills sales skills customer service skills all the skills needed to work in this job he has none

I used to live right around the corner from this smoke and vape shop on 16th Street North, and it was my go‑to spot for years. Even after moving up to Clearwater, I still make the drive down because their prices beat every other smoke shop I’ve been to in Pinellas County—hands down. I stopped in today, picked up a product, and once I got home I realized there was an issue with it. I reached out to the owner, and the way they handled it reminded me why I keep coming back. My problem was resolved quickly, professionally, and with zero hassle. That kind of customer service is rare. Their selection is huge—concentrate Kratom, Kratom products, vape and smoke accessories, plus a wide variety of edibles including THCa, HHC, Delta‑8, Delta‑10, and Delta‑11. If you want unbeatable prices, a massive selection, and an owner who actually stands behind what they sell, this is the shop to go to. Highly recommend.

The young woman who helped me was patient and knowledgeable. Prices were the cheapest I have seen in the area. Nice shop, good prices and nice person. Highly recommend.

Hands down go to smoke shop, the owner is chill, very friendly, prices are amazing, an if there is something you need he will go above and beyond to find it for you an get it into the shop. Definitely recommend to anyone In the area.

They knowingly sell products here that cause withdrawals similar to opioids. I have a loved one that almost died from the withdrawals. I told them this and they are still selling the products.
