Great customer service every time I come in. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and actually knowledgeable, which makes a big difference. They’re quick with solid recommendations and take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without making it feel rushed. They also have a points/rewards system for repeat customers, and you can actually feel the savings over time — it’s not one of those gimmicks, it really adds up if you shop there consistently. What really stands out is the experience — the staff remembers my preferences and even has my order ready when they see me, which is next-level service. Definitely one of those spots you can count on — highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I recently visited Vapor Buy + CBD + Smoke + Kratom + Kava and had an exceptional experience. Not only was the store well-stocked with a variety of products, but the customer service provided by Brett was truly outstanding. Brett was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products in the store and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. He took the time to listen to my needs and recommend products that he thought would work well for me. His expertise in the field was apparent, and I felt confident in his recommendations. The selection of products at Vapor Buy + CBD + Smoke + Kratom + Kava was impressive. They had a wide variety of CBD products, including oils, gummies, and topicals. They also had a great selection of vaporizers, pipes, and other smoking accessories. In addition, they had a variety of Kratom and Kava products, which I had been looking for in other stores without success. Overall, I would highly recommend Vapor Buy + CBD + Smoke + Kratom + Kava to anyone looking for high-quality products and excellent customer service. Brett's expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to help his customers made for a truly exceptional experience. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future!
