He went above and beyond—patiently breaking down the three different types of torches, explaining the pros and cons of each one so I could make the best choice. He didn’t rush me or talk over me, just shared his deep knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he guided me to the exact right lighter fluid for my torch, saving me time and frustration later. Yohan is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about making sure customers leave happy. I left feeling confident in my purchase and genuinely impressed with his expertise. Vape City is lucky to have him!

I usually don’t give bad reviews but yesterday Tuesday afternoon I was going to do a pedicure and my husband said to me to stop by this Vapor Store to purchase a couple of things for him, he usually goes himself but since I was going next door to do pedicure I stopped by Vapor and let me tell you, there was two girls employee and they were extremely extremely rude to me. One of them was so disrespectful that I thought that she was going to jump out of the counter and hit me. Employees like that shouldn’t be dealing with customers, no work ethic rude staff. They treated me like if they doing me a favor, I’m a customer and if you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be working at stores where you have customers coming in and out. I hope owner/owners see this review cause he needs to have a better friendly experience working staff. I’m 59 years old and I raised my 37 year old son with up solute manner.
