Morgan, Ashley and Malorie is awesome employees… very friendly and always willing to assist with hands down.. you girls rock

Great experience and great staff especially Liz she's amazing at her job. They have all sorts of cool custom bongs sets and pipes. Anything you could possibly want from a smoke shop is in this store. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family. Their super friendly and try their best to keep connections with all of the customers that walk through the door. I appreciate the fact the staff remembers their constant customers if I walk in and Liz is behind the counter she instantly recognizes me. Overall a 10 out of 10 rating from me and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

had an excellent experience at Cloud Smoke Shop thanks to Mal. He provided outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Mal made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Mal!

The big guy behind the counter is awesome. Great customer service, knowledgeable about their products, and prices were lower then anywhere else. Very clean store and large selection of products. Definitely worth trying

The staff here are really receptive and provide a positive environment. They are also knowledgeable about the product, giving me confidence that I will enjoy what I bought. I specifically enjoyed Kahlan
