I have recently setup a wholesale account with Lightfire a couple months ago. They do free shipping on orders over $1000, white is a lifesaver nowadays. I recently put an order in and realized I forgot 10 packs of pods, so I e-mailed them and they got back to me the next morning. Ray not only was able to add the 10 packs of pods to my existing order, but did it promptly. Now this is superior customer service. These guys will now be at the top of my list and get the bulk of my stores vape orders. Thank you Ray! I will definitely let me friends in this industry know about you!

Don't expect anything more than what you pay for or either expired or close to expiring products. I have been buying from this company for a few months shy of 3 years. I finally asked if I could get tasters/testing stations and they said only if I purchased more. I spent 13 grand in these past two months , and who knows how much more in the past years. Spend more? All they care about is money not their customers. They can keep their Dinner lady testers and the expired products they send you. Make sure you check your product after it arrives. Another company that lacks customer service in this industry.
