Robyn was the girl behind the counter today, and she helped me so much. I was looking for something very niche, something that most stores don’t carry, and while she didn’t have the exact item, she was able to figure out how to make it work by looking into the juice pods and a vaporessor So that I could get the flavor that I’ve been wanting forever and no one sells anymore, but that is available in juice pods. She was so kind and so friendly, and I really appreciate that. I’ve already had really good interactions at this store, but today really said it apart. Thank you, art of smoke!

Good products, but the girl with the green hair at the cashier is so incredibly rude. She has attitude every time she has to answer a question. It’s a great smoke shop but terrible staff and customer service skills.

never had a bad experience here. i see jay in there a lot he is always sooooooo helpful & sincere. he would never steer you wrong! he has a lot of experience with vapes. i tried the EBCreate that evan was talking about & that’s just a miserable person tbh. jay explains vapes in detail he tells me a lot about vapes & ive been vaping for years. never had a defective vape from art of smoke. jay always ask me to try it out in store before leaving. never going anywhere else!

There are plenty of smoke shops around but the reason I keep choosing Art of Smoke is Robyn (🩵🙌)!!! She always makes sure I find what I need, takes the time to explain different options, and never makes me feel rushed! Her knowledge and helpful attitude make every visit a positive experience! Art of Smoke has GREAT products… but it’s the people who make a place your go-to spot. Robyn is exactly why this store has become mine!!!

The BEST staff ever! The owner is kind and understanding, and always friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and always open to answering any questions you may have. An honorable mention? ROCKIN ROBINNN! She’s the best! Always has a great energy, great conversationalist, helpful, and always recommending products that align with your tastes. Definitely a prime example of doing what you love for a job
