I love this place! LOVE! The employees are wonderful and super friendly. Their selection is just perfect for me. I'm a huge fan of Lost Mary vapes and they have the yummy flavors I love. Their prices are fair and they have a rewards program that has saved me over $60 since I started shopping there. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your smoke shop. I visited your store expecting a professional and customer-friendly environment, but unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations. The staff interaction was unhelpful and dismissive when I had questions about a product. I relied on their recommendation, only to find that the item did not meet the described expectations once I left the store. When I attempted to return or exchange the product shortly afterward, I was informed of a strict no-exchange policy. This policy was neither clearly communicated at the time of purchase nor displayed in a noticeable way within the store. A business should stand behind the products it sells, especially when customers depend on staff guidance. Refusing any form of exchange under these circumstances feels unreasonable and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge you to reconsider both your customer service approach and your exchange policy. Clear communication and a fair resolution process would go a long way in improving customer trust and loyalty. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address this matter.

I love looking at the different bong, and pipe designs. Gives me something to save for - the sunflower bong WILL BE MINE !

This place is amazing! I love their customer service and amazing deals. They also have sweet positivity notes love that!

This is definitely one of my favorite smoke shops! I’ve been to a few but this location specifically always have what I need! I can’t find the king palms anywhere but here! Also if you like papers, one of the few places to have blazy susans! Not to mention their incense selection is on point!
