I loved this place until I bought a vape battery there and it didnt work. I didnt make a big deal about it, thought maybe it was the charger so I went back tonight to buy another charger. It still wouldn't work so I took the battery and both chargers to the store to exchange. I was informed that they couldnt accept it back and I would have to buy ANOTHER battery rather than them making it right. They're less than $20 but its the principle at this point. Ive spent a lot of money here and am very disappointed in how they treat their repeat customers. Make sure you check any electronic devices youre buying before you leave the parking lot

Came in before work my first time in shop … Spoke to Trace he was very knowledgeable on products and super chill I will definitely be back. His customer service alone earned my business.

Don't buy from this place. If an item is BROKEN they DO NOT CARE and DO NOT DO RETURNS. Joe the owner sets the policy's and apparently he doesnt care if hes selling broken items. Place has gone downhill lately. The employees are cool at least but its truly the only saving grace.

Beware! seems to me that they set the price off your look or race when you walk in Not able to tell me a price over the phone is unbelievable and unacceptable as a local future customer Two thumb DOWN! Ali baba smoke shop; up the street is way better!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, store is clean, have been going for years. I am disappointed that I will need to find a new shop to go to. They are no longer going to restock refillable vape products, they are only carrying disposables.
