Horrible customer service. I went in this morning bought a lost Mary ecig came back a few hours later because when I opened it it wouldnt turn on or even charge or anything. So I went back to exchange it and the lady said no sorry because it wasnt her that sold it to me so I asked when the guy would be back and said well he wont do anything because then it becomes a "different day" and I just need to buy a new one. Other smoke shops offer better customer service than them.

Best prices on everything so much affordable than the other stores and the workers are so friendly and caring. I’m not changing smoke shops, and their disposable vapes are real not the fake ones with weird flavors like the others

They started requiring $6 minimum for credit cards and don't pay a sign anywhere it's very tacky like those gad stations people avoid.. just wanted to buy a pack of paper ive bought many things here in the past but they lost my business forever I'm going on amazon if I wanna buy bulk not the smoke shop!

This is the smoke shop you need to go! I hardly leave reviews but when it’s due. The atmosphere and price are great! I usually go in the morning when it opens and Ethan is so awesome he always on time and he always pleasant to talk too, also Johnny he is there in the evening. Honestly because of them I am a frequent customer. If I could give more stars I would.

I just recently started coming here and they are great! They have a great selection of vapes, juices, pipes, everything. To top it off, everyone that I have encountered working there have been very helpful and friendly! Prices are very affordable as well! I will keep coming back! One of the best smoke shops in Tampa. Hands down!
