I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of integrity at this establishment. I am a regular at the connected Kava bar and have always supported this business. Today, I purchased an Off-Stamp replacement pod from the woman working the counter. Because I believe in supporting local staff, I tipped her an extremely generous 35% on the transaction immediately. When I realized the pod did not fit my device—literally moments later—her demeanor instantly shifted from friendly to completely dismissive. Her immediate response? 'There’s nothing we can do.' No attempt to troubleshoot, no offer of store credit, no call to a manager. She happily pocketed a massive tip and then refused to provide even the bare minimum of customer service for a defective or incorrect product. It is unacceptable to take a premium tip and then hide behind 'policy' the second a customer needs help. To the owner/manager: You need to look into who was working this shift. Having staff who are happy to take your money but refuse to help you when they sell you the wrong product is a quick way to lose loyal locals. I will not be spending another dollar on the retail side of this business until this is rectified.

When you’re in Ybor City you must stop into this amazing Coffee, Tea, Kratom (my favorite), Kava and Kombucha Shop. The personable staff are all extremely attentive and can answer any questions you may have about all of their drink offerings. If you’re looking for a place to chill out in, this is the place. Come in a sit at the bar or relax on one of their couches. And if you’ve never tried Kratom or Kava, this would be the best place to learn about these drinks. Oh and they also serve beer and wine! Score. 5 Stars all day long!!

Don’t think I’ve ever been in a business where the employee was more apathetic or less knowledgeable about the products. She was just flat out rude from the second I entered the store. And continued to be rude no matter how many attempts I made at being nice and friendly. I asked the difference between 2 products, she hadn’t a clue. I asked the price, she said “it’s on the box.” There were no prices on the box. There is another shop on the same street, a little east of this store. The gentleman there was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Forgot the name of the shop, but I would recommend there over this place.

Great vibes! Exactly what I expect from a smoke shop/glass lab. I got a new carb cap and medtainer just before close, and the girl behind the counter was happy to help. No pressure sales experience.
