I am giving 5 stars for the environment. Customer service was not as friendly as I had hoped. Maybe he had to use the bathroom, but the people responsible for hand rolling the cigars were really nice.

Four horse saddle bar stools to overlook the live cigar hand rollers. Otherwise, big comfy chairs. Variety of coffee and beers. Humidor is full of the sticks made in the window. Good price and they smell and taste great.

Loved my visit to this cigar shop. Received a warm and friendly greeting, nice atmosphere and decor, great selection of cigars and a hot cup of Cuban coffee which was a huge surprise. I would definitely return again when I'm in town.

Always helpful, friendly. Very laid back chill environment. I noticed a coffee/expresso machine so I am feeling like I need to have a cup. Super dope
