So have been going here for the past two months always paid cash found out today that when you pay cash, you get 10% off with providing your number joining their program, but no One has ever told me about the 10% off if I join the program and use my number they just had me paying full price every time when I could’ve been receiving 10% off using cash so this is a complaint but also this is a shout out to the lady that worked today on 6/19/26she did tell me about the 10% off and the other benefits of joining the program when no one else did so thank you to her don’t like a lot of the other employees. Always seem to have an attitude when I go in

Sold me a faulty kit that didn't work by the time I got home. The first 2 times I was like okay maybe just manufacture. So I get a new brand, same issue and they tell me they can't do anything about it. No discount offered nothing just 3 full vape cartridges that I can't use. Thanks for nothing. Florida remains the scam capital

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and they have good hours. Good selection of vape and kratum products.

This place is cool this place is huge this is one of the largest smoke shops I've ever seen in Florida they've got a huge variety of hookahs their glassware is amazing definitely worth checking out plus the music in here is cool.

Immediately upon walking in I was greeted with huge welcome and the offer for assistance. The place is immaculate and well laid out. They offer a huge selection of all things smoke. The large indoor humidor is a must to stop by before headed out for a night on the town. Gordon and Dave, the two guys running the place, are great! Very knowledgeable and helpful.
