Absolutely love The Grand. My son wanted to do karaoke and Mr. Ken was so gracious to squeeze us in. I am so grateful. We had a wonderful time. Def recommend The Grand for Karaoke.

This Karaoke is fantastic! There’re several private rooms here based on how many people in the party. And rooms are recently renewed. The vibe in room just cannot hold by the ceiling! Price is reasonable. We really enjoyed at the visit and will be back soon!

Went to the Hades 66 event and it was honestly one of the most disorganized events I’ve been to. Tickets said doors opened around 9 PM, but we had to wait until after 12 AM for the artist to finally perform. There was no AC, the venue was unbearably hot the entire night, and when we tried ordering drinks, we were told they weren’t even ready yet and some were warm. Mind you, we didn’t even arrive right when doors opened. On top of that, once the artist finally came out, people were climbing on others’ shoulders blocking everyone’s view, and staff didn’t seem to have any control over the crowd. Overall, the whole event felt messy, unprepared, and poorly managed from start to finish. Definitely not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this venue for events until they get better organized.

I was looking to book a Karaoke room for my birthday celebration, called the location for a week no one every answered the phone red flag number 1. We were over in the area a week ago and stopped by to see the karaoke rooms. A pleasant man introduced himself as the owner took us on a tour, I loved the rooms that he showed us, he stated they would reopen in a few weeks. I also addressed that I had been calling for a week he did say they were closed. We talked about the orange room which would accommodate my party and the price which he stated was $150 per hour which was fine, I asked how do I book a reservations he gave me a email address , he also gave me his number and said if we wanted to book for that specific date we have to paid by the next day. The owner also said they are having a event that night and that my party would have access to the event and would not have to paid an additional fee. After a little research I read reviews with the same thing happening to other they paid and booked a room, then was not allowed in due to a event on the same day. I found some flyers for the event for the same say I was looking to book. I spoke with a gentlemen and he called a young lady that was hosting the event with him. They both were very honest and after speaking with them I elected to take my business to another establishment. I was informed I could have the celebration there no problem even was more than willing to accommodate my party also informed me that all Karaoke rooms would be used as overflow for the guest that will be attending the event, which made sense and that tickets were needed to get in the event and that my guest would get tickets. I am sure I will get a response to this review I stand on what was written and its bad business and not a good look!!

The AC not working that place is a mess. The artist star at 12:20. Not cold water. I don’t feel safe in Jade Concert.
