I stopped by this shop for an emergency visit on my way to Orlando for vacation after my bottle of juice exploded everywhere. I didn’t catch his name, but the guy working there around 5pm on Wednesday 7/7 was absolutely amazing and so friendly and informative. He explained the flavor options very well and even allowed me to slightly customize the flavor to my liking. From one vape shop employee to another, you guys are AMAZING! Keep the industry looking good and keep up the good work! I wish we had 10 more like him back home!

Amazing staff, beautiful store, and super accommodating. I love stopping by. I recently moved down here and picked up vaping again, and they're right on my grocery route, so it's easy to access them.

Love their customer service! I thought my device was broken and was going to buy a new one (two times in the last few months), but I was surprised on both occasions when Zac was able to repair it. I didn't think this kind of honesty and courtesy existed in the business world any more. No wonder they have so many loyal customers!

I been trying to find a e cig to quit smoking for months and nobody would talk and educate me like the guy who works at this shop. Made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions and pointed me in the right direction of a product that would best fit me based on the things i told him. Not only was customer service 10+ I feel like I got a really good deal and he even gave me a bottle of juice on the house for being a first time customer. I will definitely be back and I live an hour away and would go out of my way to shop with these guys!

Great little shop, very knowledgeable staff, great juices mixed in the store, and great customer service. This shop replaced online ordering for me. Almost as cheap and being able to try juices before I buy is great. Also a great place for those new to vaping to get the basic knowledge starting out.
