The owner Tom knows me as my middle name Michael. I say that because from day one when I first met him, he has never failed to greet me as soon as I walk in the door. Tom makes you feel like family. Always willing to give you great advice on cigars. I trust his judgement 100 percent. He has never steered me wrong. Great shop, great prices, and most of all great people. I have made several new friends through Tom's shop. I would also like to mention his employee Jeff. Jeff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products being sold in the shop. Jeff is a great addition to the shop. Cypress Cigars is more like a gathering of friends, it's more than just a business, it's like a family. I would highly encourage anyone to visit Cypress Cigars. Was attempting to buy a box of Mayflower cigars for my husband and was calling around to locations that carry them and called Cypress. Sadden to learn this location is up charging quite a bit over retail cost. Retail is only $13/stick but cypress is charging $15/stick which when buying a whole box adds up. Other locations I have called charge retail and offer a 10% discount even when buying a box. I was hoping to save some driving from a further location, but cypress is over $35 more than other locations or still charging more than even just ordering direct. I would like to update my review to state my husband has purchased boxes there prior. He was charged $234 with tax for each box which I found out after asking him because I was going to surprise him with a new box. Retail from Mayflower with tax and shipping is $208. I can drive down toward port charlotte and they are only charging $200 with tax. My husband said he was never offered a 10% box discount that is claimed to be offered.

Love to stop in for an hour and enjoya great cigar. Large walk-in humidor with a great selection of top rated cigars from the newest to classics. Comfortable atmosphere where you can kick back an enjoy a great cigar!

Great cigar shop in winter Haven, located in a strip mall, they have all the great brands at a fair price. The owner is very knowledgeable and the people are very welcoming. He has water and pop to buy too. Will stop anytime I'm in town. Thank you!!!. Bryons are one of the best.
