If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars immediately! The worker named Austin was not cooperating when my husband went for a refund because Austin gave him the wrong product and we did not notice until he got home, the seal was broken yes but it was untouched. Austin stated he attempted to reach Moe and Sam which is the owner and assistant manager, nobody answered. As a manger / owner in an established business you ALWAYS need to be on call for situations like these, completely unprofessional. We offered to even pay differential for another product and he kept on saying he didn’t have the code to do that, what kind of manager does not give the employee the code for situations like these? First and LAST time going here. Wasted 3 hours going and coming home. SMFH!!!

Love this place and you will too... friendly people great customer service they just about got everything that you need as far as tobacco and flour would recommend everybody family and people I don't know to come here and the prices are good on everything. It's clean and smells good every time you go in.

First time going there. Nice, clean, good prices and friendly service. Very convenient that they’re open 24/7. I’ll be going back.

Sometimes and I mean sometimes you walk in to look for what you want to find out you have found a diamond in the rough. A place where you can come after the first time to find your best interests at hand. At least that’s what I have found here with Moe and is awesome associates. I truly hope you read this and respond in favor! I find that Smoke Hub has, after customers reviews and experiences, and of course lots of trial and error placed an awesome display of… well, I would say craftsmanship to their proprietary level of service to match their products! Simply put, if you care to be known that you just walked in to a business that takes care of their own like no other, then I welcome you personally to experience care, service, and customer service with products known for top quality, then look no further. I am so glad that there are shops like this still. Thanks for reading this review, it’s my hope you have you visceral itches scratched with a visit of Smoke Hubs offerings of joy! Take care seekers.
