Em has amazing customer service and is always very helpful and friendly, if you’re look for a smoke shop that feels nice and friendly I highly recommend this one

I love this smoke shop! The vibe and when the incents are lit it just makes it a great atmosphere! Update 11/12/25 I have been going here for a year now, I love M and Alex. They both make you feel so comfortable and explain their products very well if you have any questions. They have seen me at my worst when I was sick and still, they make you feel welcomed. Thank you revive smoke shop for all that you do!

So on Sunday’s we charge extra taxes? Both the guys I’ve seen all week and purchased from have changed me $2.99 for the hooka charcoal just as they do in NYC. I go today because i ran out and a female employee is there stating its $5 due to taxes when asked about it. So we started charging $2 taxes on a $3 item??? Please speak to employees and train them better this sounded like she’s pocketing a couple dollars off certain people SMH. I purchased the whole hooka set up here at a good price so i don’t understand what was the change.
