1st time and Ill be back. Decent sized humidor with a nice selection and array of sticks. Whiskey selection is on point. The staff was welcoming, helpful and there if you needed them. Seating was comfortable, others were as expected for professionals who enjoy to relax with a stick at the end of the day. Only suggestion would be that of having cedar spills for the full cigar flavor appreciation. Cheers 🥃

This is the best cigar parlor I have ever been to. I am a long time smoker and collector, and have been to many cigar bars and parlors around the country. They have an outstanding collection of the best brands, as well as some of the rarest and most luxurious cigars in the world. The parlor itself is very upscale, clean, and comfortable. The bar is well stocked, and I am able to find any of my favorite Scotches and Bourbons, like Macallan 25. The owner, Don Patel, and manager Tristan, are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have spent a long time answering questions and teaching me everything about the world of cigars. They go way overboard in providing the best customer service, from little bonuses and extras they throw in, to excellent communication well after the sale. They truly care about their customers satisfaction and getting the right cigars for your taste and flavor profile. If I text or call with a question, they are immediately responsive and very helpful. I now buy all of my cigars direct from their store, and receive first class customer service and attention. Everything is packaged well with loving care, and shipped fast. Please come give them a try if you are in the Orlando area. Or call them and place an order for any cigar you want. The worst experience I’ve ever had in Orlando, and I’m saying that as a local. From the moment I walked in, the employee was incredibly rude. While I was having a conversation with my friend in Spanish, he came over and told us to “tone it down.” He was very uncomfortable with me Speaking Spanish. The individual pictured was the employee involved. The owners should seriously address this behavior. I see other comments referencing this particular behavior from this employee. Very concerning. Not okay. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this place.
