So, before I post this- I absolutely did ring the door bell because no one was there the past 3 times I’ve been. No one answered. The first time, I was told that the person who was working was unloading a truck in the back and couldn’t hear the bell. That’s understandable, no big deal. The 2nd time I was told that the guy working in the shop was on a break and that I would be attended to shortly. I waited a little while, maybe 10 minutes, but there was a line at the counter, so I understand. The 3rd time, the person at the counter in the gas station didn’t seem to know where the person at the vape store was, and told me he should be back soon. I waited 25 minutes and the person from the gas station came to unlock the door. As he was checking me out for my order, the guy who was scheduled to be in the shop pulled up in his vehicle. It seems he wasn’t at work, so possibly another break. All 3 times, I came at different times. I had the same result. For the owner who is responding to these negative reviews. I have read them. I see that you are upset that people don’t read the signs and don’t complain to you personally before leaving a review. Here’s the thing. You have a shop that you are running this isn’t manned. You ask customers to go to your gas station to receive service. You ask your customers to wait until it is convenient for your employees to serve them. Maybe your vape store isn’t busy enough to create enough revenue to house a full-time employee, I have no idea. But if that is the case, having an active employee who serves people upon arrival will generate more business. This issue is running people off. It’s making them not want to return. For those of us who live closer to this location and find it easier to shop with you, can drive to Lexington and receive better care, better recommendations, for the same amount of time it takes to receive service from your location. You have an issue. If you don’t want these reviews, do something to change it. It’s on you, and not the people who are reviewing you.

Had OPEN on and no one was in the store. Followed signage on door and was told someone would come by in like 2-5 min and then again said he'd (who ever "he" is) would be right over. And still no one came. There's no point in having a business if its closed during the day time.

K was absolutely amazing! His professionalism was unbeliavable, He's also very nice to look at (wink wink)

Love the atmosphere and sweet josh!!!!❤️😶‍🌫️ ..... sadly I haven't been treated the same there lately and I'm assuming josh isn't there anymore? Only seen same person last 3 times I've stopped??
