Friendly staff. There still is some wiring/painting/sealing/paneling they need to do (there was a water leak at our table,) but this is a great spot. The hookah wasn't rough. The drinks were not watered down. The food was good.

I came around 9:30 pm on a Friday evening with VERY LOW expectations due to Atlanta being known for horrible customer service and over priced vibes in general. I was so surprised that I received TOP TIER customer service by my waitresses (Mick and Ashanti). What I liked most about them is their transparency. They made us aware of any short comings (like the bar being under staffed tonight. Meaning the drinks would be slower.) The Dj was on point and knew how to tend to the crowd! And the prices were reasonable!

1 star is being super nice! We went on a Sunday for brunch. We made reservations because we didn’t want any issues upon arriving. We arrive to be seated on the rooftop. Host escorted us to our table and it was dirty. There were cups, bowls, napkins you name it still on thee table. We decided to go downstairs and have our table changed to be inside. While at our table we hear thee host and server going back and forth about who would server us. I guess after that server said she would not serve us for whatever reason. They sent over a server who took food, drink and hookah orders. I ordered thee seafood omelette with grits, another person ordered salmon croquettes and our 3rd guest ordered a seafood omelette as well. My guest ordered a margarita that was nothing but sour mix. She had to pay extra for a double shot to add to thee drink. After about 45 mins we didn’t receive our food. They finally started to bring thee food over and it was the closest to soft cat/dog food if I don’t say so myself! The omelette was definitely scrambled mush and they gave us potatoes instead of grits! There is not seasoning what so ever. WE SENT THEM BACK!!!!!! The person who ordered thee croquettes was advised there was a mistake and if she wanted anything else. Sticking to thee salmon she wants she ordered salmon and grits. 20 minutes later they come back over to say they are out of salmon and did she want something else. At this point we had made up our mind that we could not eat here. Couldn’t find thee server to cash out. After she came back with thee last issue with food she went ghost. Asked 2 workers if they could find her, to which they didn’t. Another server had to cash us out and had thee nerve to say something about tipping her. GIRL PLEASE!!! Thee manager whoever he is never came to address thee food issue, apologize, make right or nothing. He stayed at thee counter talking. Meanwhile you have people with children run in and out thee kitchen.

Niya is one of the best servers I've ever had starting with her bringing everything in a timely manner. She made the overall experience worth it I will definitely be back to visit her. When you go visit this spot please try the Chicken and Waffles probably my favorite thing on the menu

Ordered a glass of champagne and it had tin foil at the bottom of the drink . Do not come here . It was a very less that mediocre experience that turned extremely bad when I got Down to the end of my drink and saw all the foil in it … asked for a manager and it took 35 min of waiting and I never saw a manager . I told the young lady I wasn’t paying for it and i was very unhappy with the experience and ended up canceling my hookah and food …a couple of my cheaper friends dragged me out over here and they even blamed me for the bad experience and said “that’s what you get for ordering a glass of champagne”.. in my mind this was our first stop for the night and we were going to club and bar hop so I was just chillin at this spot didn’t wanna order anything to heavy here but to be real This is why I never leave buckhead when it comes to lounges and bars …. It’s like the moment you leave buckhead the quality of your experience is going to drop from 4 or 5 stars to 0-2 star experience … really wish I still had the picture of the foil in my drink .. and fyi this experience took place in late 2019 .
