By far the Best I could find in our area, and I hit a lot of them. Great friendly staff, and a wide range of products. Just a great place to do business.

I come across town to come here and it's worth it every time, they always friendly and chill with me asking questions or shopping around, one time my homie dropped my bong and I came to get a new one and they had 50 percent off all pipes I felt so lucky but they have random deals like that all the time, I bought a vape and it had sum wrong I already brought it out the store for a few minutes but they let me get a different one no problem, huge selection on everything and they be having new shi and got exotic drinks and blunt wraps

I had such a great experience! Thanks to Zaid, he was sweet and amazing from the moment I walked in. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. You can tell they really care about their customers and know their products well. The store is clean, and has a chill vibe that makes you feel comfortable browsing. I’ve been a consistent customer of this store for almost 2 years and have never had an issue until today, June 15th. I called regarding several Ploox cartridges I recently purchased that were malfunctioning. I wasn’t even calling to argue, I was simply trying to explain the issue and find a resolution. Instead, I was met with unnecessary rudeness and poor customer service from the employee who answered the phone. What made the situation worse was that after the call ended, the employee called my personal phone back to continue the confrontation. That is completely unprofessional and something no customer should have to experience. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt the situation needed to be handled by someone with more professionalism and authority. Unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be anyone available who understood that customer service is about resolving issues, not escalating them. Even when a customer is frustrated, employees should know how to remain professional and deescalate the situation. This review is not a reflection of the store as a whole, because I’ve shopped here regularly for years without problems. However, if employees cannot communicate respectfully, resolve customer concerns, or know when to involve management, they should not be representing the business. I hope ownership or upper management reviews this matter because one unprofessional employee can damage the reputation of an otherwise good store.
