Stopped by this smoke shop today and picked up a few things. The store itself was solid, good selection and customer service was cool. But I tried looking them up online afterward because I wanted to check out more products and see if they had deals or new inventory… and surprisingly they don’t even have a website. Honestly feels like they’re missing out because a lot of people shop online first before going in person now. They definitely should make one because the store has potential and some good products.

The store itself is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. However, the pricing at the hookah store is noticeably higher compared to Cloud 9 on Howell Mill Road. Additionally, the customer service experience could be improved, as employees often do not greet customers upon entry and, at times, appear to have an unfriendly attitude.

Mari was Amazing!!!! Very patient and knew her stuff!! Every product I asked about she was very detailed with the info. She also had recommendations of what she likes. Her Customer service is unmatched. I’ll definitely be back with my friends to see Mari she really put me on game 10 stars!!!

I bought a hookah flavor, there was one Hispanic lady she was very rude as nasty. She is on the second pic I uploaded

Overpriced! Free Smoke on Howell mill rd got the best price and customer service in town.
