Excellent service. Ja & Nikki were very knowledgeable, friendly & welcoming. Made great suggestions and took great care of multiple guests as they helped me. Recommended business & staff.

Had to leave a review, came in and I wanted a foger tobacco tank. He had every flavor but that, I had a small routine coming here. This was no problem due to how much customer service they always bring. Decided on a kado rizz didn't have my wallet and he was great enough to remind to come back tomorrow. It's always a rare treat to be able to get to that side of town. I know he has that flavor he is always looking out for patron!

Uriah is the best. Not only did she help me, she was knowledgeable about all of the products for the other customers in front of me as well. Highly recommend!!!

Not from the area but stopped by Cloud 9 Smoke and Ja was dope. Super knowledgeable, friendly, & beyond helpful. He took care of us, answered all our questions, and made everything easy. Great vibes & solid customer service. Definitely recommend asking for Ja.
