Nice store, warehouse is really doing a disservice not keeping it fully stocked. Might seem counter-intuitive but having such a small store you really cant afford to have it look empty.

Fern! This box isn’t even big enough to hold all of the amazing things I can say about this amazing human. They are so beyond helpful every time I stop in. They are knowledgeable and always point me in the right direction. Not only is the customer service ALWAYS on point, they are such a people person. You can feel their energy as soon as you walk through the door. Thank you so much for always being so kind. I drive to this location specifically because I know I’ll be taken care of every time. Xhale, you’ve got quite a gem on your hands!

Store is consistently locked with a ‘sorry in the bathroom’ sign. Waited more than 15 minutes on multiple occasions and no one comes

i’m visiting Atlanta with my boyfriend at the moment and we ran in real quick because he needed a vape. The girl at the counter (i think her name might’ve been Hailey or Hannah) was super sweet and overall had amazing customer service- she definitely made us feel welcome. We know which smoke shop to stick to when we come back 💕

To be clear, I ONLY have 1 star because that's the only way I could leave a review. My mother, my sister, and I went here a few moments ago. I didn't get the sales persons name, but it was a woman with lavender/purple hair. This woman was rude, condescending, and seemed to have other more important things to do, like sitting in her chair. Did not purchase anything after about 3 minutes of being talked to like nothing. So, shop here if you want, but if you walk in the door and see purple hair, go the other way.
