The service here is TERRIBLE. We came at 8:55pm on 3/14 and first there was a sign saying “gone fishing be back in 15 minutes. When we finally got in after waiting 25 minutes the guy behind the counter was extremely rude. We asked for pre-rolls and he directed us to the cones. Me not knowing it was cone bought three and after purchasing and reading it in the store I realized it was a cone. No apology no nothing just a blank stare like it was my fault. When I tried to ask for a refund due to HIS FAULT. He said I don’t do refunds. We ended up asking to buy 2 pre-rolls and it seemed like a bother that I even asked and then he only gave me 1 when I asked specifically and clearly for two. I will never return to Xhale city of this is how you all operate.
