I've been a patron of Turtle Creek for years regarding alcohol purchases, and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, the original owners sold the business and the new owners don't seem to care at all about the humidor or the lounge. Many empty boxes in the humidor like they can't be bothered to even remove them. Prices are about 20%-30% higher than most other outlets, and that's even with the 10% member's discount. The lounge is depressing. It's basically a storage room that has two couches stuck in it. It's sad because it's my understanding that it used to not be like this with the old owners. Best advice... save your money and look elsewhere for your cigar needs. Many better options out there.

Decent selection with average prices. Major downside to the lounge is you are not allowed to use it unless you are a member and pay a membership fee. Drove 30 minutes here to sit and enjoy a cigar but that was not possible. Sometimes it’s nice to sit and enjoy a cigar but cannot be done here without paying $$$. Lost my business.
Good selection of cigars, prices slightly above average. Were you loose me is a members only cigar lounge. I dont understand the purpose. Came here to browse the selection and have a cigar but it was not to be. I will find a nice shade tree from which to enjoy my cigar from instead.
Drove from Madison as a detour adding 15 minutes to a 1:45 drive only to find their lounge is members only. Oh and by the lounge seems like it is a storage room for someone who moved out od their apartment. NO CIGAR FOR YOU!!! WOULD PREFER TO GIVE ZERO STARS.
I had very high hopes for this cigar lounge, but thus far, it has been a sub-par experience. (This review only applies to those considering a membership here. If you are only looking for a well-stocked humidor to purchase cigars, this is a great spot) I purchased my $50 membership about three months ago. The perks include 10% off all cigars, use of the lounge area, and a free guest. I was not a big fan of paying for access to a lounge since the vast majority of lounges are free if you purchase cigars, but the 10% off was intriguing (Although their cigar prices are roughly 10% higher than other lounges in the area). One of the most significant issues is that the entrance to the lounge is disconnected from the main entrance to the business. If you wish to smoke in the lounge, you must go through the main entrance of the store, purchase your cigar, then ask an employee to let you in the locked exterior lounge door on the other side of the building. Moreover, if you have to walk out of the lounge for any reason during your stay and forget to prop open the door, you must go back around and ask one of the employees to unlock the lounge door again. During my few experiences smoking, I usually had to rearrange the furniture that was awkwardly pushed up against the walls. Chairs and couches were shoved against one another front-to-front. It seemed more like a storage area than a smoking lounge. The final straw, which was fairly minuscule without considering the other frustrations, was when I called asking about public WiFi. After being told by an employee that the lounge did have public WiFi, I made a trip one evening, specifically to get some work done. After arriving and purchasing my cigar 30 minutes later, I asked for the WiFi password. Every worker behind the counter seemed dumb-founded, assuring me there was no public WiFi and were clueless as to who would have told me otherwise. I returned home with a $10 cigar to place in my humidor. My guess is this is more of an event space for wine tasting, and they are trying to make some extra cash through cigar memberships. Unfortunately, they come up short for a lounge that should be free to use in the first place…
