I’m giving this place three stars because the store itself was actually pretty impressive. It was clean, well stocked, and had some interesting pieces that made me chuckle. The layout was nice and they had a good amount of inventory. Overall the shop itself left a good first impression. Unfortunately my experience with one staff member didn’t match that. When I walked in he asked if I needed help, so I asked a couple questions about a rig I saw and some of the products they had. I was just trying to understand the differences between some of the items they carry. Instead of answering directly, he seemed hesitant and eventually told me that I “ask a lot of questions” and suggested I should call a government office for 45 minutes to figure out what products are legal to have in my vehicle. That response caught me off guard. I was simply asking questions as a customer in a store that sells these products. There was no one else in the shop at the time, and I was genuinely interested in learning more about what they carry. The store itself looks great and I’d be willing to give it another shot because of that. But the customer service from that employee left a pretty poor impression.

Andy was awesome very honest fast in and out he chatted for awhile with me and my buddy awesome conversation about his 77 caddie and his dog is awesome

I love this store!!! Andy is absolutely hands down the most awesome dude I’ve met in a while. Always super helpful and friendly!! All of the employees are amazing there! And they always have my product in stock or will order it for me.
