I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend and knew he liked a particular brand. I asked the sweet woman at Tobacco Shack for help finding a similar or better option, and she suggested a couple of great cigars. Once he got around to trying them a few days later, he really enjoyed them. Thanks so much for the help!

The owners are amazing and helpful. There's great energy and a fantastic selection. I constantly recommend my friends and everyone to visit Tobacco Shack, as we affectionately call it.

The cigar selection and prices are excellent! The customer service is top notch. I have been coming here over 10 years.

Had such a horrible experience 12/5/25 despite seeing the great reviews. Im new to GA and my love of cigars had me looking around for great new cigar shops and lounges. I got off work mid day and stopped in to check out the selection. They did have a selection of different ones i hadn't see before so i was looking up their profiles to see which one I'd want for the night. Mind you my humidor has about 50ish or so sticks.. despite my younger appearance than the older men you'd usually see. The clerk followed me the entire time like i was robbing the place. As i was looking at the selection he kept coming up to ask if i needed help while practically breathing down my neck. The 3rd time he came up to me he said i couldnt be in there anymore. When i asked why and what was wrong, his reasoning being "well our regulars come in and know what they want" ... excuse you.. Asked if he was serious and said you know what I'm good. He rebuttal with a smug "yea" under his breath like I wasnt going to buy anything and his prejudice first thought of me was right. Fuming ..i just walked out. How do you get new customers if you're only ok with your "regulars"? I couldn't imagine he was the owner , hope not.
