I went in to get a THC vape but was given a nicotine vape by accident. Unfortunately I didn’t look at the pkg until I got home. I called and asked to come in and either get a refund or trade it for what I wanted. I was told to come back in. I did and when I asked for the THC vape selection I was told I cannot trade it for something other than nicotine. I showed the employee that I hadn’t opened the vape and showed him the sealed vape in its packaging. I was not told when I purchased it there were stipulations like this nor did I get told that nicotine vapes cannot be brought back. No clue why especially since it was unopened. I’m not a nicotine user and never had been. It was an honest mistake and decent customer service would have not let me walk out upset with no solution. I won’t be going back there. I’ve had much better and more pleasant experiences at other shops so I’ll continue to go to them

bought nicotine pouches, opened them right away and they were completely dry. I even tried them, and naturally, since they were completely dry and there was no nicotine there, there was no effect from them. Upon returning to the store, the employee did not believe me, since he himself did not know that the pouches should be wet, and refused to return my money. Very rude and impolite communication. I give this store 0 points, since this is not the first time that their goods are of poor quality or, like today, completely defective
