The lighting at this vape shop is a serious nuisance for the neighborhood. The floodlights are so bright at night that they shine straight into nearby homes, and it’s been an ongoing issue. When I tried to bring it up with the staff, they were dismissive and rude instead of trying to find a reasonable solution. It feels like the business has no concern for the residents who live around it.

I live across from this shop, and the floodlights they leave on at night are incredibly bright — they shine directly into nearby homes and make it difficult to sleep. Several neighbors (including myself) have politely asked the staff if they could adjust or dim the lights, but the responses have been dismissive and rude, with no willingness to address the issue. It’s disappointing to see a business show so little consideration for the surrounding community.

Katie was so helpful I had no idea what I was looking for and she directed me to a few different options and explained them all. Then to vapes that I actually new about she suggested a different one with more options which turned out to be way better than the ones I normally buy. This shop is fabulous.

The young lady ( I think her name is Treselle ) that works there is so friendly and helpful. This is my new smoke shop, for sure! Keep up the good work!
