Kenzie and Burdy at Cloud 9 Smoke and Vape are seriously the best. From the moment I walked in, they were both super welcoming and actually took the time to help me instead of just trying to rush a sale. I had a few questions about products and wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, but they broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. Their knowledge and customer service really stand out, and you can tell they care about helping people, not just selling stuff. The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and honestly way better than most vape shops I’ve been to. If you go to Cloud 9, definitely ask for Kenzie or Burdy — they’ll take care of you. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!
