Best vape shop in town! Lewis is awesome, and I felt very much at home in this store. My go-to store. Lewis' knowledge, and detail truly made this a great experience! Cloud 9, is just fine with me! Recommended!!!

First time checking out this location and I can guarantee I’ll be back! The staff was friendly from start to finish, knowledgeable about the products, and even offered tips for a better hookah session! I was able to get a gorgeous (and wonderfully priced) hookah from Cloud 9 and I can’t recommend them enough.

the folks here are great, honestly. really knowledgeable about all the stuff they have on offer. I bought this gorgeous hookah the other day and Lewis gave me a ton of pointers and showed me how to set it up since this is my first one, recommended some *really* good shisha flavors, and he even offered to help me carry it to my car. I'm a regular here and am definitely going to continue to be one in the future. :)

Will not be going back the one time I go and there they make stuff difficult that shouldn’t have to be and the customer service is not good. The making it about the ID but the lady that helped me had a attitude I asked her if she could tell me the prices and she made that a problem you guys never verified my age just the license number so make it make sense I didn’t even leave the store with what I wanted cause the interaction was so bad and unpleasant.
