Heidi is a rockstar on so many levels!!! My shopping experience on yesterday with her during the busy BOGO sale was AMAZING. Not only did she provide great customer service while waiting on others, she also consoled me during my disappointment of 2 main items out of stock upon arrival which were the STRAWBERRY LOST MONKEY and there were no LIONS MANE products to be found in the entire store. Seriously!!!??? I’m not happy purchasing unknown new items I’m not familiar with. However Heidi’s product knowledge led to several purchases and Heidi genuinely loves her job. Good people are hard to find and retention is even more difficult. Give her a raise and show her some extra appreciation because she deserves it. Also let the staff know if there is another location that sells it so I can go there and get what I want.

Delaney is the most helpful and beautiful human being… Her vibe what made the store so fun and exciting.

The store associate Hydee was like a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. No matter how busy she got she balanced her time well in between customers to help us and she did a wonderful job. Great customer service is almost extinct. You better keep her. My niece mentioned the Buy One Get One Free sale held on yesterday along with two particular items for me to purchase which were Lost Monkey Strawberry and Lions Mane mushroom edibles. Sadly our desired items were out of stock or strangely missing. The only reason this rating is a 5 is because of Hydee. Reward her for having to put up with my crew alone. We will try what was suggested but are not happy for not getting what we actually wanted. The mushroom products in house were from unknown species. Where is the disconnect in ordering?

I had an awesome experience today, Mo was very helpful in helping us fine everything we needed. Mo was very respectful, comparing every budget friendly price, we needed to have an overall great experience. I am definitely coming back she was the best!!!

The most amazing store with the best products and the best team lead in town!!!! Delaney is amazing at her job and will always find what you need with perfect customer service :3 she’s the sweetest and I wouldn’t buy stuff from anyone else !!
