So I'll start by saying that Viral Values has now become an XHale City. After my visit today I will not be returning to that location. The sales person at that location was rude,condescending and in desperate need of an attitude adjustment. I could have easily matched his energy with my own, but decided that this little man was clearly NOT worth the energy. To the regional manager of this location if your have audio on your cameras please review them between 1500 and 1530 today. and speak with your sales person.

I was in the area since my wife was working and about to get out, so I decided to stop by and get a cartridge. One there I decided on the one below (picture). Did a bit of research and found out it consists of Northern Lights my favorite strain. I then purchased and would HIGHLY recommend it if you like Northern Lights and need that Extra Punch in Georgia.

I came into the shop today to return a vape cartridge that was leaking. The worker refused the return because I didn’t complain about the issue right away. Okay, thats valid. My issue with this visit was when he went on to say “If I had to choose between me or you, I’m choosing me every time. The best i can do is a discount”. That comment has me questioning the integrity of the products and it’s staff. Probably won’t shop there again.
