As a regular customer of your shop, along with members of my family, we have always appreciated your business. However, I am deeply disappointed and troubled to report that I had a highly offensive and degrading experience with one of your staff members is blonde guy During my visit on the date mentioned above, I was treated with extreme disrespect and hostility. The employee’s tone was entirely unprovoked, aggressive, and, furthermore, contained comments that came across as deeply prejudiced and racist. It is completely unacceptable for a customer to be subjected to such mistreatment, hostility, or discrimination while simply trying to make a purchase.As a diverse and loyal family of customers, we have decided that we will no longer be shopping at this location due to this experience. ​I expect this matter to be taken seriously by management to ensure that other customers do not experience the same mistreatment. They have a GREAT selection of delta 8 and TONS of vapes! Everyone in the store was super nice and helpful and gave me good information on the questions I asked . Blaze is the manager and she’s a huge help to everyone that comes in! Knows everyone’s orders each time lol! Will be coming back because they have reward points too!!
