Stopped in yesterday for some special cigars for upcoming occasions. Excellent inventory with minimal empty facings. Humidor is well kept and diverse in their brands. Great conversation about Camacho and Davidoff cigars with the gentleman there. I always enjoy swinging in here as they are well stocked, well maintained, and always engaging. Scored a beautiful Camacho cutter that is instantly my favorite accessory. I come here for pipe tobacco as well. Recommend!

The selection and prices are good here. They had a lot of what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helped explain why the owner has a NO Smoking policy now. This is a bummer but this seems to be an industry trend with insurance companies.

J.D. & Howard are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They have a very nice and organized humidor with a great selection that smells great because of the lampeberger. All of my Xikar accessories were purchased here a few years ago and still work great. I recommend any cigar smoker to check this place out. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I should have listened to what others have said about this establishment. Visited earlier today to shop for some cigars (Davidoff of Geneva) for my upcoming birthday trip. First time visiting so when I walked in I looked at the selection from outside the humidor and was very rudely informed that this was a cigar store and they sell cigars. Well that was kind of the reason why I was there so I ignored the comment and went in to look at the selection. Quickly browsed and did not see what I was looking for and went out to look at the rest of the store. Not once acknowledged or asked if I was looking for anything in particular/special. Customer service is severely lacking and the atmosphere is less than welcoming. Stay away from this establishment and visit other cigar stores in the area with a more hospitable environment. Responding back to the Owner: Yes, after writing/posting 41 reviews on Google with I believe only 2 being less than 5 stars I should be ashamed for posting my honest feelings and feedback. My tendency is to primarily post when receiving exceptional service or having a phenomenal experience; however, this encounter had such the opposite experience that I felt compelled to ensure others do not have to experience the same/similar. If the employees/managers of Subway, Five Guys, etc. can have the common decency to acknowledge a customer when they enter or arrive to make them feel welcomed (regardless of whether with a customer or not) then I would want a comparable experience in an establishment such as yours. Having done secret shops/mystery shops for many different organizations over the past 20+ years I know the basic criteria of timing/expectations/observing/customer service quality/adherence to standards/etc to be able evaluate both service and products.

Let begin by saying that the vibe I felt when I walked in this store was very weird .... When I walked in I spoke but the 2 white guys didn't speak back .... as I entered the humidor to look for a cigar one guy walks in and asks what year my truck is and never once even ask could he help me look for something. Nope they both just sat there and watched me from the time I walked in to the time I walked out .Great customer service guys.... FYI not all black guys are criminals or looking for trouble... So once I found a cigar and proceeded to check out they both are just standing there so I said once again "Whats going on fellas" ? One guy said What and the other guy said $12.95.... I then ask for A Perdomo and he said that they don't sell those ,like how you don't sell one most popular cigars out there. Once again great customer service guys . So I go to my usual spot to get some cigars where I should have went to begin with . THE CIGAR BOX in Douglasville, exceptional customer service. And as I read these reviews, ( the bad reviews) there are no lies told and when I asked around about Cigar World or Depot I've heard nothing but bad reviews on this establishment.... Racist is what's being said alot even though I didn't sense that.
