I just called looking for pmp vm6 coil and asked the guy on the phone if they had them. He didn't even let me tell him the type/size that I needed because he kept cutting me off and saying "We have a lot of coils. Can you come and see if we might have what you are looking for?". At that point he's telling me that he knows nothing about the products that are sold there. I'm not going to drive all over the place looking when I can call and the employees can just look up what I'm asking about and make my trip worth it. Maybe if he looked them up and they were there I would have gone to get them and probably looked around to see what else they had to offer. Instead he drove away a potential regular customer.

Hanna was absolutely amazing! She has such great customer service skills and made me feel very welcome. I really appreciated her warm hospitality and friendly attitude it made my experience so much better. You can tell she truly cares about the customers. Highly recommend

It was convenient to my house and had the tobacco(Gambler menthol)I needed but they have not ordered any recently. The last bag of tobacco I bought from the store was old and stale and they didn't seem to care too much about it 😔 probably because they make more in sales with the Vapes that I don't care about.

Tobacco & Vape is a great place to shop. They had a great selection of detox products to choose from & Moe came in clutch with his opinion on my purchase.

The best smoke shop in the state of Georgia…. Can't beat the prices and selection. Amazing customer service. Would recommend anyone to swing by and check them out. You will not be disappointed. I ALWAYS LEFT WITH A SMILE Spend your money where it’s appreciated. Always give me deals and looked out so many times
