**Long-Time Customer Disappointed by Poor Customer Service** I’ve been a regular customer at ATL Smoke & Vape for quite some time and have always had positive experiences. I frequently purchase Ploox X Pods here, and the staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. I returned to the store because one of the pods I had purchased malfunctioned. When connected to my device, it continuously burned until the battery died, causing the pod to leak. I brought the defective pod back and explained the situation. Christian informed me that the store could not accept returns once a product had left the store, which I understood. Before purchasing additional pods, I politely asked what would happen if another pod was defective since these products are expensive. At that point, Christian’s attitude changed dramatically. He became visibly frustrated, responded in a rude and confrontational manner, and began raising his voice. The interaction made me extremely uncomfortable and was surprising given the simple question I had asked. What disappointed me most was not the store’s return policy, but the way I was treated as a loyal customer who was simply seeking clarification. Because of this experience, I chose not to make my purchase and left the store. I have always enjoyed shopping here, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I hope management addresses customer service concerns so that future customers receive the respectful treatment I’ve experienced in the past.

I went in there once or twice, lol I never see any black folks working there, or any shops in this area…. Like it feels racist somehow but outside of that they are ok,,,,don’t think I’ll really return I don’t feel welcomed, like the energy is off

I bought a hookah from this vape shop. When I got home and tried it, it did not work. The next day I went back to return it or exchange it, and the employee told me there was nothing he could do and that I had lost my money. This is by far the worst customer experience anyone can have. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. If you don’t want to lose your money, do not buy here.
