Amazing help with Rob helping me pick the best new vape 💞💞💞💞🫶🏼

These guys are awesome!!! I’m a smoker of 45 years and have tried everything in the book to quit and so has my wife but we’ve had no luck. February of 2024 I walked into this place thinking it was going to be a waste of my time and man was I wrong. Thanks to these guys I’ve be been smoke free and no longer need or have any cravings for any cigarettes and I’ve been using nicotine free vape products for almost a year now. If anyone is considering quitting smoking then by all means give this establishment a visit because without a doubt I’d guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. I’m in better health thanks to Cloud 53 vape shop and that’s all there is to it. Thanks guys for all your support, advice and knowledge on how to get me where I needed to be with my cigarette addiction, you guys are the BEST!!!

I am amazed at this smoke shop, the staff are incredably knowledgeable, the selection is perfect for the size of the shop, and the customer service is outstanding. This is my favorite smoke shop to go to when I travel to GA, and it's mostly how helpful they are. They listen to what you need and then consider that before suggesting products. They even had a little pamphlet of what products offer what benefits. The only thing I would change about this shop are the hours. Closing at 7pm (5pm on Sunday) is a bit early. But I highly recommend going!

I went in here to get a vape. There was a blonde lady and a guy working. The lady was very helpful while the guy asked me 4 times what I needed. I was looking at the flavors and wasn’t sure what I wanted yet. It was frustrating hearing him ask me over and over what I want while I decided on my flavor. Neither the lady or guy cared to check my ID even tho I offered it to her to check my birthday. Which was interesting. At least let your customers look around for a moment before asking them over and over to tell you what they want. They might buy more products from you.
