Don't shop here if you don't like being treated like a criminal. Extremely paranoid. The lady working there demanded I take off my KN-95, because she wanted the camera to be able to see my face. I'm sure she was for whatever reason afraid I would steal, but what makes that ridiculous is that, if I were going to steal, I wouldn't take my mask off just because she asked. I'd just steal.

I've been coming here for 17years now and I have never been disappointed. They have an excellent tobacco selection, a very nice humidor, and a variety of hookah, vape, glass, useful random items, and even a piercing selection (got my 5/16th spacers there). The place is tiny but always clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They've never hesitated to help if I was a little short, too!

Guy is absurdly rude. First red flag was he was all up over us as soon as we walked in asking for ID instead of greeting us first. Was also very rude about being in the cigarillo section. He needed to understand we were first time customers and didn’t have to be so rude. Will not be coming back!

Every single time I come here the staff had been so very helpful and friendly. I have noticed that there's alot of regular customers that come in here because of the friendly, helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are so willing to help you find exactly what you need. I've referred several friends here who have also become regular customers because of this. They have the best prices on cigarettes!!

I may buy a pouch of pipe tobacco once or twice a year for an occasional smoke. I have been to this store twice and was very pleased with their selection of flavors and blends, they have a nice selection of pipes, good prices on most stuff, and friendly customer service. It seems like a family works there together and both times I went in the store they all greeted me very kindly and immediately helped me if I even looked like I had a question. I'm ready to go buy a new pipe and a new pouch of tobacco soon and I know this is the place I will be going to get it.
