Stopped into this vape shop since it was on my home. I needed juice and pods for my Novo 3. I brought in my box of juice and asked the lady if they carried that particular one she said yes. After both of us looking for it for probably 2 minutes she found the brand but it was not compatible with my unit. I told her I needed nic-salt she then showed me the slim variety in the counter case. I decided on a different flavor from my regular. Then the pods I gave her the one out of my vape and she looked in the bottom case. Eventually found what she thought was the right one. I paid and left. Got home and it was the wrong pod (literally will not fit in my unit). She did not seem like she knew anything about the products in the store and I now have wasted $20 on pods I can't use. I have my receipt and the pods remain unopened so hopefully today I am able to exchange them for what I need. If not I will never be going back to this store due to the lack of knowledge and if no return is possible the poor customer service.
