The prices are good for around our area. Im frequent there bc of that and the customer service. I usually deal w Dillon (hopefully that's how it's spelt), he is very knowledgeable about the products carried. And is friendly and doesn't make you feel judged and to me that means a lot. The other smoke shops definitely do NOT have the customer service or the knowledge. I would definitely recommend here.

DYLAN MILLER IS A TRULY REMARKABLE PERSON AND OUTSTANDING SALESMAN. I CAME IN CONFUSED AND UNSURE ABOUT MY PURCHASE, DYLAN WITH OUT HESITATION SPENT THE BETTER PART OF AN HOUR EXPLAINING THE PRODUCTS AND MECHANICS PERTAINING TO EACH. IN THE END I CONFIDENTLY MADE A HUNDRED AND 50 DOLLAR PURCHASE, AND AM SATISFIED.

Great shop, nice selection and outstanding customer service! Amanda is by far the kindest woman I've encountered especially at a smoke shop. Always has a smile on her face and is happy to help with anything I need. Very informative as well. Highly recommend Planet X in Oakwood GA!
