Fantastic little shop. Everything you could want with juice available to try before buying. Incredibly friendly and a well informed staff. Always helpful. Shop has a very fun and easy going atmosphere with an area to sit and hangout enjoying the environment. I would absolutely recommend this vape shop to anyone looking.

I shop at all vapor loft locations because I drive all over south Georgia for work and until now I have had nothing but good experiences and service. I went into the Hinesville location on Monday and wanted a bottle of vape juice. The employee asked me what flavor I was looking for, and I told her I liked strawberry something creamy dessert like and she recommended Cold Brew strawberry milkshake and that sounded perfect so I purchased a bottle and drove all the way home from Hinesville to Pooler GA and dug up one of my mods and RDA's , or drippers. And replaced the coil and cotton and poured my new vape juice all over the cotton and coil and finally took my first taste of my new juice, and to my surprise it was Menthol! Menthol Strawberry Milkshake who would have thought there would be a Menthol Strawberry Milkshake! And I absolutely don't like anything menthol! And can't vape it at all! So on Tuesday I was working in Hinesville again and I took the brand new bottle back to vape loft Hinesville and told a different employee what happened yesterday on Monday and he helped me pick out a new juice that wasn't Menthol and told me he was going to work it out and help me I assumed that meant he was going to replace the juice that I paid for the day before that I was mislead to purchase. So after picking out a new juice he then tells me it was $19.50 I said excuse me why? He said I gave you 15%off ! Really I had purchased a bottle yesterday for around $25 and your employee told me it was strawberry milkshake and not a word about it being MENTHOL!! And the next day you want me to pay you another $20 for a smaller bottle of e juice, even though I brought you back the bottle your employee mislead me to purchase yesterday! And they are willing to lose a customer for $20!! Because I will never go back to that location again!! I thought everyone should know about this before spending 💰 their hard earned money at the Hinesville location of Vapor Loft! Thank you 🙏 for listening!

Have been there twice, very friendly staff, large selection of product. Great prices for the alternative to smoking conventional overpriced packs. Highly recommend trying 100%. Be safe and enjoy the many favors. I know I will.

G's service was top notch! He was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me find all that I needed. The store was clean and well organized. Definitely recommend.
