Staff and Manager - Great, very friendly and helpful. However, the manager's boss seems short-sighted and may have issues with basic business concepts. I found this establishment as one of the only locations in Hinesville with Kratom tea (a personal favorite). Luckily for me, they also have bar space/counter with chairs. I am a remote worker who recently moved to Hinesville and was looking for a place to be a regular where I could set up my work laptop and hang out. Where I come from (Tampa), this is pretty typical, and most Kava/Kratom spots are accommodating. After looking all over this tiny town, I was excited when I found this location. I told the manager what I was trying to do, mentioned I would be buying 2-3 Kratom teas a day, and just needed a spot to set up and work from. He was cool with it, and we were off to the races. However, apparently his boss thought my setup was "too much" (see image below), and I was asked to leave or take it down (not an option for me). I was the only customer at the bar, mind you, and not being loud, needy, or otherwise a nuisance. In my view, this "boss" is unforgivably short-sighted. A person like me spending $30 a day (including weekends) would result in approximately $700 - $900 a month in revenue (my Kratom expenses tracker can prove this, lol). That's an easy layup for a small business that is basically dead during the day. Not sure how my setup was an inconvenience to anyone, but here we are. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend enough that you steer clear here and spend your hard-earned dollars someplace that likes having customers. Good luck to this "Boss." I am sure you will have a bright future given your incredible business acumen. Good riddance.

To Rob specifically, you are by far my favorite. You sold me extra Coils and Juice and then some. This is my review to you and your shop. 2.13.26: I came in at opening time, Rob was really respectful and helpful between me and another customer, I told him to help them first because they were there before me. Rob has excellent customer service skills. After closing the sale with the first couple while giving them knowledge about it, he was still very engaged. Rob is attentive in answering my questions that I have/had. He will go out of his way in looking for a coil for my vape or other items I am in need of. Where in my experiences at most places I have shopped at vape stores (between different states, mind you..) other employees do not care and will take a quick look and say "we don't have it" or they don't take the time to to look. Rob in my opinion is well mannered and his skills to multi-task is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are outstanding. I highly recommend 'Vaporz Hinesville' in Hinesville, GA!

Absolutely love the experience the customer service salesman head of the product that I was looking for and knew exactly what to get and actually help me narrow down exactly what I wanted! Absolutely loved it!

By FAR the best prices and customer service you will find in town or around Hinesville! You walk an an they make you feel welcome like old friends you haven't seen in a while... and they know their stuff! They teach you want you don't understand without belittling you like some places do. They are always helping me find new flavors (kinda an obsessed flavor chaser) and helping me with my mod should a problem come up... also they never try to push me to buy something i don't want or need.. its soooooo nice.. you really feel like you are cared for here and that's the best thing anyone could ask for in a shop.
