Great customer service but I bought diamond hookah crown bar i tried it in the store it work but when I got home it was down real low so I charge it and when I start charging it and took it off the charger and start smoking 🚬 it ,it wouldn't smoke anymore, I came there on Wednesday and I have been trying to call 📞 them but they number is not working 😕

I am highly satisfied with cloud nine on Tara boulevard. Christopher and shaw are both exquisitely professional with their work. If you don't have all the money they will work with you on a discount. Cheaper than convient stores. I highly recommend the off stamp and cali vapes. I love cloud nine and Chris and shaw are great employees. I will die dedicated to shop with this store. Oh and I can't forget the most beautiful employee there!! Cydney is awesome!! A dedicated and hands on employee. She will help you pick whatever brands are the best!! Thanks cloud 9!!
