Steve at High Society Smoke Shop is the real deal. He’s personable without being pushy and genuinely knows his stuff, whether you’re a first-timer or a regular with specific tastes. He took the time to answer questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and clearly understands the products beyond surface-level sales talk. The shop felt welcoming, not transactional, which is rare. If you want knowledgeable service and a smooth, no-pressure experience, ask for Steve.
