I've definitely had some terrible experiences with ordering juice and other vape products online. Long wait times, "lost" orders, wrong products delivered. But K Town was smooth, easy and super fast. Would definitely recommend them for anyone on the fence. Didn't need any customer service because the order was on its way to me so quickly. Can't go wrong with them.

First vape shop I've found that isn't also a head shop. They carry some really obscure brands which I've been looking for for ages. Insane selection! Any replacement glass you could hope for, in fact they carried the glass I couldn't even find online. Store is clean, chiller full of all natural AND delicious Canadian "pop". Let's not forget to mention, the customer service was stellar! I won't be going anywhere else.

Great employees, great knowledge great products stores very cleanly. Everything about this location is amazing. It’s the best vape shop I have ever been to.

Highly recommend this place! Best shop in the area by far! I go about every 2 weeks and see Kett for all my juices! She's super awesome and helpful!

Ordered coils from them, and not only were they at a great price, but they shipped out so quickly and sent communication at every step. I will be buying my vape products from them from now on. Very great service!
